Foster Care Navigator

Lynda Krupansky resides in Livingston County and has been a stay at home mother for the past six years to her four children, three of which are adopted through foster care. Lynda has her Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Michigan State University and worked for the State of Michigan for 21 years in Great Lakes environmental management and protection.  She left her profession in 2015 when her three youngest children were placed with her to foster and fully expected to return to her career.  However, she felt led to follow her heart and help other foster children by offering her support, knowledge and experience to families who want to become licensed in foster care.  She learned several lessons the hard way; therefore, is very  passionate about assisting other families in an effort to make the process easier in becoming a foster parent.  In addition, in 2017, she co-founded and helped operate a respite care program for foster care families at a local church.  Lynda loves helping those in need and wants to help make a difference in the lives of foster children.  She and her children cherish being active with their church, outdoor recreation, camping, swimming and enjoy playing games.
