Meet The Staff

In 2016 my husband and I became licensed foster parents through Bethany Christian Services. We had several placements before accepting placement of our youngest and oldest. We walked through a very difficult foster care journey with them that ultimately ended in parental termination. After their adoption finalization we moved to Iowa for my husbands job. Several years later we became licensed again so we could take placement of their biological brother and finalized his adoption in 2022 prior to moving back to Michigan. Our foster care and adoption journey has been filled with so many ups and downs but it has been the people we had around us who made the difference in the experience! We returned to Michigan and have loved getting to know our community. In my free time I like to go to sporting events, do home renovation projects, attempt to garden, do puzzles, read books, and work on our chicken farm!
