Meet The Staff

Hello! My name is Nicole Sharp, and I serve as a Foster Care Navigator and Master GROW Trainer with Family Bound in Region 3. I’ve worked in this role since 2023, bringing with me 15 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.

My husband, Jeff, and I have been married since 1997 and became foster parents in 2016 when our biological children were teenagers. Today, we are proud parents of six children, including a treasured bonus child who was reunified with their biological family but remains an important part of our lives. We’re grateful to have a strong relationship with their family and continue to support and care for our bonus child when needed.

Several of our children are members of a Native American tribe, and we were deeply honored to participate in a naming ceremony where a traditional healer bestowed each child with their Clan and Native American names—an experience we cherish.
