Meet The Staff

Hi! I’m Tiffany Bills-Clifford, a proud wife, mother, bonus mom, and grandmother of seven granddaughters. For more than 30 years, I’ve been connected to foster care in meaningful ways. My journey began when I coordinated my employer’s annual Christmas party for children connected to the Judson Center. Years later, fostering became personal when a relative placement led to the permanent adoption of our son. That experience inspired me to continue fostering, with a special focus on respite care.

Whether for a short visit or a longer stay, I strive to create a safe, loving environment where children can be themselves, make joyful memories, and know they are valued, loved, and worthy of joy.
