Meet The Staff

Tiffany is a CMU graduate, with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Arts with concentrations in Family Studies & Child Development. She has a career background in child welfare in roles of foster care, adoption and licensing. She and her husband became licensed foster parents in January of 2023. They are currently a family of 8! Tiffany has 2 bonus children, She and her husband adopted their youngest daughter in August of 2025 and currently have 3 additional foster placements! They have a hobby farm, including 1 dog, lots of chickens, 3 goats, 2 bunnies, 4 barn cats and 1 indoor cat; with dreams of adding baby highland cows some day! The Millers enjoy homesteading together and Tiffany enjoys crafting in her free time. Tiffany enjoys coffee in all forms and at most any time of day! Tiffany has become a strong advocate for Foster, Adoptive and Kinship children and families with years of knowledge and experience navigating many systems, courts, educational needs, trauma and medical, genetic and behavioral diagnoses and more!
