Join Jackson MDHHS for a monthly support group and training. We know that calling this a support group might sound scary, but we are all in this together and here to support each other! We hope that you will join us. This will be an open discussion, and we can talk about anything including stress relief during the Holidays and what you all do, traditions for the Holidays, how to balance family, school, work, activities, visits, etc. This is a great place to ask questions. We hope to see you!

Please Note: November and December 2021 will be support group only, training will start again in January 2022.
